CITY PILATES was opened in downtown Toronto’s St. Lawrence neighbourhood by Anne Roebuck. Situated in a century-old building at Adelaide and Sherbourne Street, the studio offers
Pilates training sessions.

All sessions on the Pilates equipment are private.
Each client receives training specific for their requirements; whether for personal fitness or post-rehabilitation.
With emphasis on abdominal and spinal muscles, the Pilates training technique results in improved flexibility, muscle tone and mind-body coordination. The increase in the client's structural strength leads to an  efficiency of movement, as well as an improvement in
posture and balance.
